Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bli Svensk website (sverigefokus.se) and the Bli Svensk iOS and Android apps (together, the "Service"), operated by Rashmoni Dey, based in Stockholm, Sweden ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is rated 4+ in the App Store and rated for all ages on Google Play, but account features (sign-in, subscription) are intended for adults preparing for the Swedish citizenship test.
2. The Service, what it is and what it is not
Bli Svensk is an independent study tool for the Swedish citizenship test (medborgarskapsprovet). The Service includes chapters, videos, and quizzes covering the topics that the Swedish Council for Higher Education (Universitets- och högskolerådet, "UHR") has stated the test will cover.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You may not share your account with others or use someone else's account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting us (see Section 14).
4. Subscriptions
Premium features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are offered as auto-renewable in-app purchases via Apple, as auto-renewable in-app purchases via Google Play, or as billed plans via Stripe on the web.
Auto-renewable subscriptions (iOS)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings.
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period.
Auto-renewable subscriptions (Android)
- Payment is charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription, turn off auto-renewal, and view renewal dates in the Google Play Store under "Subscriptions".
- Refunds for Android purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
Web subscriptions (Stripe)
Web plans are billed in advance for the period selected at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by EU consumer law.
Refunds
For iOS purchases, refunds are handled by Apple, request via your Apple ID account settings. For Android purchases, refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies. For web purchases, contact us within the EU 14-day right-of-withdrawal period (see Section 10) or for legitimate billing errors. We do not refund partial subscription periods after the right-of-withdrawal window has closed.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Service's content without permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the iOS or Android app, except as permitted by Swedish law.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
The Service: including all chapter text, illustrations, videos, audio narration, and code, is owned by us and protected by Swedish and international copyright law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial study purposes.
References to UHR and to the Swedish citizenship test are factual descriptions of the test's existence and topics. We do not claim any rights in UHR's name, materials, or trademarks.
7. Third-party services
The Service uses Apple (iOS subscriptions), Google Play (Android subscriptions), Stripe (web payments), Supabase (database and authentication), and Cloudflare (delivery). Your use of these is also subject to their respective terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate at all times, except as required by mandatory Swedish consumer law. We do not guarantee that the content reflects the latest version of the UHR test specification at any given moment, although we make commercially reasonable efforts to keep it current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Failure to pass the citizenship test.
- Loss of data not caused by our gross negligence.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Swedish or EU law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are an EU consumer and purchase a paid plan directly from us via the web, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw and receive a full refund, unless you have already begun using the digital content with your express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost (per the Swedish Distansavtalslag, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU). For iOS purchases, this right is exercised through Apple.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not relieve you of any obligation incurred before termination, including payment for any active subscription period.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email to your account address at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you also have the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se.

Användarvillkor
Dessa användarvillkor ("Villkoren") reglerar din tillgång till och användning av webbplatsen sverigefokus.se och appen Bli Svensk för iOS och Android (tillsammans "Tjänsten"), som drivs av Rashmoni Dey, med bas i Stockholm, Sverige ("vi", "oss", "vår").
Genom att skapa ett konto eller använda Tjänsten godkänner du Villkoren. Om du inte godkänner dem, använd inte Tjänsten.
1. Behörighet
Du måste vara minst 16 år för att skapa ett konto, eller ha samtycke från en vårdnadshavare. Tjänsten har åldersgräns 4+ i App Store och är klassad för alla åldrar på Google Play, men kontofunktioner (inloggning, prenumeration) riktar sig till vuxna som förbereder sig inför medborgarskapsprovet.
2. Tjänsten, vad den är och vad den inte är
Bli Svensk är ett fristående studieverktyg för det svenska medborgarskapsprovet. Tjänsten innehåller kapitel, videor och quiz som täcker de ämnen som Universitets- och högskolerådet ("UHR") angett att provet kommer att omfatta.
3. Konton
- Du ansvarar för att skydda dina inloggningsuppgifter.
- Du får inte dela ditt konto med andra eller använda någon annans konto.
- Du åtar dig att lämna korrekta uppgifter vid registrering och hålla dem uppdaterade.
- Du kan radera ditt konto när som helst genom att kontakta oss (se punkt 14).
4. Prenumerationer
Premiumfunktioner kräver en aktiv prenumeration. Prenumerationer erbjuds som automatiskt förnybara köp via Apple, som automatiskt förnybara köp via Google Play eller som faktureras via Stripe på webben.
Automatiskt förnybara prenumerationer (iOS)
- Betalningen dras från ditt Apple ID-konto när köpet bekräftas.
- Din prenumeration förnyas automatiskt vid slutet av varje period om den inte sägs upp senast 24 timmar före periodens slut.
- Ditt konto debiteras för förnyelse inom 24 timmar före periodens slut till samma pris.
- Du kan hantera din prenumeration och stänga av automatisk förnyelse i Apple ID-inställningarna.
- Ingen uppsägning är möjlig under en pågående aktiv prenumerationsperiod.
Automatiskt förnybara prenumerationer (Android)
- Betalningen dras från ditt Google-konto när köpet bekräftas.
- Din prenumeration förnyas automatiskt vid slutet av varje period om den inte sägs upp senast 24 timmar före periodens slut.
- Du kan hantera din prenumeration, stänga av automatisk förnyelse och se förnyelsedatum i Google Play Butik under "Prenumerationer".
- Återbetalningar för Android-köp omfattas av Google Plays återbetalningsregler.
Webbprenumerationer (Stripe)
Webbabonnemang faktureras i förskott för den period du valde vid kassan. Uppsägning stoppar framtida förnyelser men ger inte återbetalning för den pågående perioden, om inte EU:s konsumentlagstiftning kräver det.
Återbetalningar
För iOS-köp hanteras återbetalningar av Apple, ansök via Apple ID-inställningar. För Android-köp hanteras återbetalningar av Google Play enligt deras återbetalningsregler. För webbköp, kontakta oss inom EU:s 14 dagars ångerrätt (se punkt 10) eller vid legitima debiteringsfel. Vi återbetalar inte delar av prenumerationsperioder efter att ångerfristen löpt ut.
5. Tillåten användning
Du åtar dig att inte:
- Kopiera, skrapa eller återpublicera väsentliga delar av Tjänstens innehåll utan tillstånd.
- Reverse-engineer:a, dekompilera eller försöka extrahera iOS- eller Android-appens källkod, utöver vad som tillåts enligt svensk lag.
- Använda Tjänsten för att trakassera, bedra eller skada andra.
- Försöka få obehörig åtkomst till Tjänsten eller andra användares konton.
- Sälja vidare eller kommersiellt utnyttja Tjänsten utan vårt skriftliga tillstånd.
6. Immateriella rättigheter
Tjänsten: inklusive all kapiteltext, illustrationer, videor, ljud och kod, ägs av oss och skyddas av svensk och internationell upphovsrätt. Vi beviljar dig en begränsad, icke-överlåtbar, icke-exklusiv licens att använda Tjänsten för personliga, icke-kommersiella studier.
Hänvisningar till UHR och det svenska medborgarskapsprovet är faktiska beskrivningar av provets existens och ämnen. Vi gör inte anspråk på några rättigheter till UHR:s namn, material eller varumärken.
7. Tredjepartstjänster
Tjänsten använder Apple (iOS-prenumerationer), Google Play (Android-prenumerationer), Stripe (webbetalningar), Supabase (databas och autentisering) och Cloudflare (leverans). Din användning av dessa omfattas också av deras respektive villkor.
8. Ansvarsfriskrivning
Tjänsten tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. Vi garanterar inte att Tjänsten kommer att vara fri från avbrott, fel eller att den alltid är korrekt, utöver vad tvingande svensk konsumentlag kräver. Vi garanterar inte att innehållet vid varje tidpunkt återspeglar den senaste versionen av UHR:s provspecifikation, men vi gör rimliga ansträngningar för att hålla det aktuellt.
9. Ansvarsbegränsning
I den utsträckning som lagen tillåter är vi inte ansvariga för:
- Att du inte klarar medborgarskapsprovet.
- Förlust av data som inte beror på vår grova vårdslöshet.
- Indirekta skador eller följdskador.
Inget i dessa Villkor utesluter ansvar som inte kan uteslutas enligt tvingande svensk eller EU-lag, inklusive dina lagstadgade rättigheter som konsument.
10. Ångerrätt (EU-konsumenter)
Om du är EU-konsument och köper en betald plan direkt från oss via webben har du 14 dagar från köpet att ångra dig och få full återbetalning, om du inte redan har börjat använda det digitala innehållet med ditt uttryckliga samtycke och bekräftelse att ångerrätten därmed går förlorad (enligt distansavtalslagen, som genomför EU-direktiv 2011/83/EU). För iOS-köp utövas denna rättighet via Apple.
11. Uppsägning
Vi kan stänga av eller säga upp din åtkomst till Tjänsten om du väsentligen bryter mot Villkoren. Du kan sluta använda Tjänsten när som helst. Uppsägning befriar dig inte från någon förpliktelse som uppkommit före uppsägningen, inklusive betalning för pågående prenumerationsperiod.
12. Ändringar av dessa Villkor
Vi kan uppdatera Villkoren från tid till annan. Väsentliga ändringar meddelas via Tjänsten eller via e-post till din kontoadress minst 30 dagar innan de träder i kraft. Fortsatt användning av Tjänsten efter att en ändring trätt i kraft utgör godkännande.
13. Tillämplig lag och tvister
Dessa Villkor regleras av svensk lag, utan hänsyn till lagvalsregler. Om du är konsument bosatt inom EU/EES har du dessutom skydd av de tvingande konsumentlagar som gäller i ditt hemland.
Tvister som inte kan lösas informellt avgörs i svensk domstol, med Stockholms tingsrätt som första instans. EU-konsumenter kan också använda EU-kommissionens onlineplattform för tvistlösning på ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr eller Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) på arn.se.
